01What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept both trial orders and bulk orders, with no fixed minimum order quantity. The
suitable quantity and production plan can be discussed based on your requirements.
02Can you match our existing uniform fabric and colour?
Yes. Send us a sample garment or fabric swatch, and we’ll work to source or develop a
close match for your uniform fabric and colour. We can also use the approved specifications to help
maintain consistency for future reorders.
03Do you deliver across India and manufacture uniforms for schools outside Mumbai?
Yes. We manufacture uniforms for schools across India, including those located outside
Mumbai, and support B2B buyers in different regions.
04What printing and embroidery options do you offer?
We offer a range of customisation options, including sublimation, digital printing,
screen printing, plastisol and water-based printing, foil and flock printing, vinyl heat transfers in
reflective, matte, gloss, glitter and flock finishes, and embroidery, including embroidered patches.
05How does the ordering process work?
Five steps: (1) you share your design and details, (2) we make a sample, (3) you
approve the sample and we grade sizes, (4) mass production, (5) dispatch with door-to-door delivery. You
approve the fit and finish before bulk production begins.
06How long does a bulk uniform order take?
Sample development typically takes around one week. Bulk production timelines depend
on order quantity, design complexity and material availability. We work efficiently to complete orders as
quickly as practical and agree on a delivery schedule with you before production.
07Can you help us select suitable fabrics, colours and materials for our uniforms?
Yes. We’ll guide you through suitable fabric, colour and material options based on
your needs. During sample development, we can present options with different qualities and finishes so you
can choose what works best for your uniforms.
08Do you inspect uniforms before packing and dispatch?
Yes. Our team carries out quality checks before packing and dispatch to help ensure
the finished uniforms meet the approved specifications.
09Can you deliver uniforms before our school’s academic year or our company’s required deadline?
We plan production around your required deadline and work to complete and dispatch
your order in advance. Please share your target delivery date and order details early so we can confirm a
realistic schedule.
10Can we place a trial order before committing to a larger order?
Yes. We offer a trial-order option so you can evaluate the product and manufacturing
fit before committing to a larger order. Contact our team to discuss the available trial-order package and
your requirements.
11How do you keep customers informed about their orders during production?
We keep you updated during production with progress updates and, where appropriate,
photos or videos of your order. This helps you follow the manufacturing progress and stay informed until
it is dispatched.
12Can you arrange door-to-door delivery to our destination country?
Yes. We can arrange door-to-door delivery to your destination country, subject to the
destination, shipping arrangements and order details.
13Can you manufacture uniforms according to our size charts and measurement specifications?
Yes. Share your size chart, measurements and specifications, and we’ll develop the
uniforms according to your requirements. We’ll use the approved sample and specifications as the reference
for bulk production.
